Presidents Day St Louis Tournament

Always love spending time with my girls on trips.

Down time for lunch

She always look so tiny

Was really nice one day so we walked to the arch - she liked her hair and was showing it in this pic

Walked to get ice cream on night

She had to play front row at one point so I had to get a picture of that.

Girls ended up playing really well - only losing in the game that would have put them in the semis.  It was to a team they had beat before and probably should have beat so it was a little disappointing.  They could have won this tournament.

This was a Valentines note Kaitlyn wrote her tutor Alison and it was just so sweet.  She is not a great speller, so disregard that.  My heart - when she said, "Sometimes wish I wasn't dyslexic and then I realize I would not have you as my sweet tutor....."  She is just such a kind soul

Top 100

Hailey and I were sitting in the car waiting to go into volleyball.  We were early so were both surfing our phones and I saw this article about the top 100 players in the class of 2024.  Hailey knows a lot if the girls so we were scrolling through reading all of them.  Imagine our sheer shock when we got to the end of the list and saw her name.  It was a pretty cool thing to share.  We were both shocked.  Pretty cool to be included in any press.

 

Bulls Game

Kris and I went to the bulls game.  Hailey also went with Quinn.

Ring and Banner Ceremony

At halftime of the basketball game, the State Champions had one final celebration.  They received their state champion rings and the banner was unveiled for the 1st time State VB champs

High school basketball

Hailey and Kris went to watch Sierra Canyon play Glenbard West.  Labron James' son Brony plays for Sierra Canyon.
