Lilac Day Parade

We left St Louis early to get home for the Lilac Day Parade.  Kris and Kaitlyn walked with the Indian Princesses float

 Maddie and I rode our bikes and watched.

 It was pretty cold and Maddie didn't listen to me when I suggested additional layers

 Kaitlyn was in the house and looking out the other side

 Hailey was on her friends Mom's float which was for the realtor group she works for.  This was when she saw me

After the track meet

We left the track meet to head to St Louis to celebrate my friends 40th.  We decided to stop for lunch in Springfield for a horseshoe

Took a picture of the horseshoe and sent it to Hailey - she stayed behind and stayed with a friend - she was jealous

Last Track meet

Last weeks meet was the Division AA Championship meet and you had to place to participate in the meet this weekend.  Hailey's JV girls team won the division championship.  This meet it was all the parochial schools for the division A, AA and AAA competing against each other

She did triple jump.  She did not place but she had yet another personal best -jumping 24-9.  Last weeks PR was 23-8, so can't be mad with a finish like that.  She also ran the 800 and finished 11.  Another track season complete!

 Hailey and Elle qualified to go to the final championship meet in the triple jump.  Hailey had a PR - jumped 23-8 and got 5th
