Hailey and Daddy's weekend

Hailey and Kris went to Springfield for the weekend. Kris was doing the Iron Abe Triathlon and visited with Grandma and Grandpa. These pictures are courtesy of Grandma Goetz. I stayed home to get some much needed things done around the house. Hailey is moving rooms with the new baby coming. It is Kris' old office, so there is a lot to clean up and organize. It's amazing how much you can get done in an empty house. The only thing left is Kris' HUGE desk and Kris will have to take care of that one.

On Saturday, the crew went to Washington Park to feed the ducks and play.

2nd Haircut

Well, Hailey won't let me put bows in everyday, so I decided we REALLY needed to get her haircut. This haircut went better than the first one. When I asked her if she wanted to go get a haircut though, she told me "Hailey cry", so clearly she remembers the first one. She sat in a car by herself and no crying! What a big girl.

Children's Museum

It was a rainy day, so we went to play at the Children's museum. Hailey loved it, but I think we spent 75% of the time at the water area. She could pour water from a cup for hours.

Hailey's boyfriend?

Hailey talks about Finn quite often and she gets all excited when she sees him. I said I wanted to take a picture and in the second one Carter wanted in on the fun, but look at her hugging Finn. Isn't it too early to be worrying about this stuff?

Hailey is obsessed with the show Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on Disney (in 5 minute intervals.) Here she is watching it.

Bed is getting crowded

Each day, Hailey's crib gets more and more crowded. She has 2 dogs, 2 dolls, a bear and a rubber ball. I caught her this morning trying to wake up and hug everyone. Oh yeah and she is refusing to wear pajamas to bed these days. Some things just aren't worth the battle.

Grandma and Grandpa Visit

Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit and they brought Hailey a new Minnie Mouse stuffed animal.

Hailey's overnight with Nana and Papa

We went to a wedding in Lake Geneva, so Hailey got to spend the night with Nana and Papa. Here is a picture of us at the wedding. That is my - really do we need to take a picture of my big pregnant self? smile. And YES, Kris is wearing a bowtie - you are NOT seeing things. His friends told him he is the only person they know who could pull the bowtie off - You be the judge!

Hailey seems to think she can jump. Supposedly, she was proudly demonstrating this newfound skill to the cheers of her Nana and Papa. These were my moms pictures to prove it.
