Christmas Day at Nana and Papa's

The usual - being spoiled by Nana and Papa

When the girls stayed at Nana and Papa's a week ago, they made paper airplanes and loved it. Papa ordered these foam ones so they could try them out.

Sorry Papa - had to do it...these were a set of earmuffs for Maddie that she wouldn't put on, so Papa was taunting her with them. They look great on you dad!

Kaitlyn is hanging out with my cousin Shannon who is going to be her godmother.

Christmas Morning

Santa came! Hailey is clearly excited to see her Lalaloopsy doll and Maddie got an 18" doll. Santa even came for Kaitlyn with a little baby playmat.

A guitar - (Hailey was thrilled - now we need to sign up for some lessons) and Maddie loves her dress up clothes

Sister singing duo? The little hams have been in their dress up clothes and performing for us all day yesterday and today

Some of the aftermath - while Hailey plays her tablet and Maddie performs. Then Maddie takes a rock on the butterfly.

Kaitlyn was clearly thrilled with Christmas. Sleeping is her usual deal in the morning. Hailey shows off another dress of Maddie's and sings with her microphone.

Maddie went up to her bud Emmett and grabbed his hand and they had a lot of fun from that moment on throughout the party.

Marc made Maddie this gorgeous bed for her dolls. Here she is putting this little doll on it and using the tissue paper as the dolls blanket. She really loves it!

Christmas Eve photoshoot

We wanted to get some pics of the girls prior to heading to our Christmas Eve party at the Cronins

The girls always want to be with their sister. Kaitlyn is getting used to dodging the hair that falls in her face constantly

Kate's ornament party

Had a really nice time at Kate's - she hosted a little holiday party with an ornament exchange

Kaitlyn made an appearance to meet everyone. She received many wonderful gifts from our very generous friends. The headband was one of those gifts which we needed to put on her immediately

There was Elfie and he had a show were the kids sang and danced and played with balloons. They had a great time

The girls got video messages from Santa on Saturday and it said they were both on the nice list. I jokingly made one for Kris saying he was on the naughty list. I was playing it for him when Hailey came into the kitchen. The poor girl was so traumatized that Daddy was on the naughty list. She had to track down Santa at the brunch and ask him to make sure her Daddy was on the nice list. Santa said he would take care of it.
