Christmas at Nana and Papa's

So, bummer of all bummers -when opening the hatch on the car - my camera fell - we have taken it to see if it can be fixed.  My pictures here are from my phone -not quite the same - pretty disappointed.

Hailey showing off one of her presents
Kaitlyn was a little out of sorts - she is hanging with Papa
Maddie loves anything soft and fuzzy - she is hugging this sweatshirt she just opened.
I made Hailey show me her new bow - you can tell she is thrilled with me asking for more pictures!
Maddie got this little jacket which she LOVED and is showing off.  It is totally her style
Ringleader Nana opening some present and Kaitlyn is walking around with her new purse
New sleds - now just need some snow

Hailey asked Papa about the wishbone, so he cut it out and let it dry out

Hmmm - she got the bigger part - wonder how that happened!  These girls sure have their Papa wrapped around their little fingers.

Christmas morning

Such torture - in our house, Santa does not wrap presents.  He brings them all ready to play with - no wrappers, batteries put in, etc.  The problem lies when they get up they have to wait for everyone to get up.  Here I made them sit on the stairs while they waited for Kris to come out.

 Checking it out
"Mom, how did Santa know this was the exact Hello Kitty thermos I wanted?  I never said what one I wanted."
Maddie is getting the stroller for Kaitlyn - saying Kaitlyn this is for you!
 She seemed to like it
Show off those furbys.  Hailey has the plum one and Maddie has the purple one and yes, they are actually different!
Little lipgloss application in between opening
 Sparkly dress - check!
Maddie is so excited - she just opened her dreamlite

Dress up time - we have a chef and a waitress and we were ordering and being served food for hours

Kaitlyn kept hugging her little dolly while all the excitement was going on

Santa

Hailey had to throw together a quick note and cookies for Santa
May not look all that exciting - but it was just what the girls wanted -furbys, thermos and some dress up clothes.  Kaitlyn got the stroller which is really a walker with the baby in it
Silly Santa left the door open and moved all the stuff.  Hailey said it was because he was too big.  This year Hailey had TONS of questions about Santa.  How he gets everywhere, how he gets all the toys, when she got her toys - how they could have possibly made these, how do they train the reindeer, what happens if a reindeer is sick, etc.  WOW - it was kind of exhausting

Christmas Eve

We headed to Cronin's after church to celebrate Christmas Eve together.  Its so fun with all the little kids now.

Little ones - Bea, sister Cordelia, Kaitlyn and Evangeline
We are missing 2 boys - Iggy and Leo who took off when we started this process.  Can't say I blame them!
Little Pearson family sit-down with Grammie
Our fam - love to get a picture anytime we can
 Train of girls
Picture grabbed from Megan - the 4 girls - Maddie, Olivia, Hailey and Esme
Maddie opening her presents from her godparents
Men and their gift - CPD hat
We never did get a girls pic - but I took one with Kaitlyn

 Dance party is starting!
Nana and Kaitlyn are getting a kick out of it
Lots of dancing, skipping, etc.  At one point, Hailey held her side and said it hurts right here...I said yeah, your running around!
Annie was trying to teach Bea some moves - but she has plenty on her own
Bea was totally the life of the party!
Papa got in on the dance party with his girl Maddie
So much fun - so much in fact we didn't get home until 10:15 or so and had to rush so Santa could make his appearance

Getting ready for church

My girl in her pretty dress
 All 3 of my kiddos
Love Hailey's face - she is done with me trying to get photos.  Kaitlyn was pretty happy in this one
Kaitlyn was totally eyeing the chocolate cookie, so Hailey being a good big sister is sharing
Maddie enjoying her cookie before church
