Volleyball

Haileys volleyball season that started in October finally came to a close this past weekend.  They went 2-1 the first day and went 1-1 the second day.  They played really well.  The last game they took to 3 and came back and won the second game after being down 19-24.  Hailey has grown so much this season and seems excited to continue to play

Hailey might play for another club next year - the Montini coach moved to Chicago Elite and we saw this boat and had to take the picture and send it to him

The girls were typically a .500 team so we laughed and asked them what place they came in - hence all the different numbers they raised.

Its been a pleasure to watch her play and gain confidence

Weekend downtown

A super long time ago, I got Kris tickets to the dead show for the entire family.  The same day the show was announced I made reservations at Hotel Zachary which is the hotel across the street from Wrigley.  We spent Friday and Saturday nights there.  It was a great time
We could see the marquis from our room

View of Gallagher way
Kris and Hailey were walking around and got their picture taken

 Our room- was pretty big

The window was perfect for people watching and Kris went across so we could wave to him
We could still see him across the street in the ball park
Kris' view from the floor seats - he went to the concert solo on Friday night
Girls and I walked down to Briar Street Theatre to see Blue Man Group -but first dinner at Clark St Dog
